Introduction

Skillari is a digital platform that enables teachers, tutors, mentors, freelancers, and skilled individuals (“Teachers”) to:

• Digitize and grow their tuition or skill-based business
• Reach a wider audience
• Manage classes, students, and earnings

Skillari acts as a two-sided marketplace, connecting Teachers with students (“Students”) for online and offline learning services. Additionally, Skillari provides a limited-access dashboard for parents or guardians (“Parents”) to monitor student activity, attendance, and payments.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Skillari, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. During registration and payments, users must confirm their acceptance by selecting a checkbox stating: “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.”

User Roles

Eligibility

• Teachers must be 18 years or older
• Students below 18 must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision
• Additional parental control is strongly recommended for students below 12

Platform Nature

Skillari acts as an intermediary platform and digital infrastructure provider for Teachers. Skillari:

• Does not employ Teachers
• Does not control how Teachers conduct their services
• Does not guarantee learning outcomes
• Does not guarantee accuracy of Teacher-provided information

Teacher Verification

Skillari may review teacher documents and profiles for onboarding purposes. However:

• Skillari does not guarantee authenticity, qualifications, or performance
• Users engage with Teachers at their own discretion

Payments & Commission

All payments must be made through Skillari only. Direct payments between Students and Teachers are strictly prohibited.

Class Completion & Disputes

Class completion is determined using platform data and system records. In case of disputes:

• Skillari will review internal data and evidence
• The admin panel decision is final and binding on all parties

Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only provided in specific cases, including:

• Teacher fails to conduct the class
• Verified technical failure of the platform
• Proven misconduct or valid issue confirmed by Skillari

Offline Interactions

Skillari is not responsible for any offline interaction between Teachers and Students. Any offline engagement is:

• Conducted at the users’ own risk
• Outside the responsibility and liability of Skillari

Platform Integrity

Users must not:

• Create fake profiles
• Engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior
• Provide false information
• Attempt to bypass Skillari’s payment system
• Conduct transactions or communication outside the platform

External Communication

Teachers and Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Taking payments outside Skillari
• Moving transactions off-platform

Account Control

Skillari reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account
• Remove content
• Restrict or block access

At its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Skillari is not liable for:

• Quality of teaching or services
• Learning outcomes
• User behavior
• Disputes between users
• Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm

Changes to Terms

Skillari may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
