Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skillari ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Skillari Education Pvt. Ltd. ("Skillari," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Platform, including all courses, materials, features, and services provided therein.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. When creating your account, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, free trials, or referral programs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

Course Enrollment & Access

Pricing & Payments

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes (GST) and are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect enrollments already completed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Debit cards (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)
• Net banking
• Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay)
• EMI options on select courses (3, 6, 9, or 12 months)

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every course you enroll in. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Skillari reserves the right to deny refund requests from accounts with a pattern of excessive refund requests or suspected abuse.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to video lectures, text lessons, code exercises, quizzes, assignments, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of Skillari or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The "Skillari" name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of Skillari Education Pvt. Ltd. No license or right is granted to you to use any trademark displayed on the Platform without our prior written consent.

Instructors retain ownership of the original course content they create but grant Skillari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display that content on the Platform for the duration of the instructor agreement.

Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including video lessons, assignments, and passing any required assessments with the minimum specified score.

Certificates are:

• Issued digitally and can be downloaded as PDF or shared via a unique verification URL.
• Non-accredited and do not represent formal academic credit or a degree.
• Intended to verify skill acquisition for professional development purposes.
• Subject to revocation if obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., cheating on assessments, using another person's work).

User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow you to submit, post, or display content, including but not limited to:

• Assignment submissions and project work
• Discussion forum posts and comments
• Course reviews and ratings
• Code shared in collaborative exercises
• Direct messages to instructors or peers

By submitting user-generated content, you grant Skillari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain all ownership rights to your original work.

You represent that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, instructors, or Skillari staff.
• Posting spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material outside designated areas.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to Platform systems or infrastructure.
• Circumventing paywalls, access restrictions, or DRM protections on course content.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract or mass-download content.
• Impersonating another user, instructor, or Skillari representative.
• Sharing assessment answers, exam content, or solutions in a way that compromises academic integrity.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key points include:

• We collect data necessary to provide the Platform (account details, payment information, learning progress).
• Course completion data and certificates may be shared with verification systems as described in Section 7.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Data processing for users in the European Economic Area complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Data processing for users in India complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Skillari does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Skillari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Skillari's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skillari in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Skillari does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or salary improvements resulting from course completion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a notification on the Platform for material changes.
• Send an email notification for changes that significantly affect your rights.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.
